Completely worthless app. Never can find jobs, people don't respond, etc. But that's more along the lines of the people using the app. But don't get me started on the company themselves. They have been fraudulently charging my credit card for the premium subscription, even after I cancelled it! Reported to my credit card company who started a claim. Claim got denied because Care.com fought them on it. I'm at a loss. I hate care.com. Never doing business with them again. my credit card company is aware now to immediately disprove charges from this maniacal company!

I have attempted to use this sight a couple times since getting custody of my nephews with no success. I do not get a response or hit on my job post/emails and have yet to hire anyone. My most recent usage I signed up seeking a tutor. I was under the impression I signed up for a 1 time fee for the month. In reviewing my annual AMEX statement I saw I had been charged monthly for the year. I called to get a recording pushing me to the website (so no live customer support). I conducted a chat for the person to repeat the agreement I was aware of at signing up to me over and over. It was obvious this was the only response she was going to give to not have to consider the customer. She was clear I had not signed in or used the services after the month. It was also obvious no hiring took place. I received zero compromise and crappy customer service. $500+ later, no product, and time wasted I have opted to never use or recommend this company.

Stay far away from this website. It's completely false advertising. Don't even set up an account because you will never be able to close it. There is supposedly an article on how to close your account, but it just redirects you to the homepage.

This website is 100% a scam. They are sending you fake messages from fake accounts to make it look like there is demand for your job and force you to get upsells to respond and do things like background checks that never get approved. Stay far away from this scam as they're likely to get raided by the FBI any day now.

Scammers. I signed up to Care.com for a one year subscription and cancelled a month after as I no longer needed the service. I did not receive an email confirmation, as the cancellation was confirmed through their website. They charged me a huge fee again the following year, and refuse to refund. They say they have no evidence subscription was cancelled. They do not send any sort of email or reminder before they deduct the fee again. When asked about this they do not respond. Additionally, they have now cancelled my subscription, but the fee was for a full year, which I have paid for but can no longer use. This company has no sense of ethical responsibility.

Stay away from this service! All of the information on the site is old so none of the babysitters are looking for work anymore. Most of the time no one responds. I contacted 70 sitters and couldn't find one that was actually looking for work. Save your Money! Total Scam.
