This was most disappointing. Care.com claims I subscribed to a ‘premium service’ and charged my PayPal for 3 months at $79.79 each month. I didn’t see charges until Jan. I have tried numerous times to get them to cancel and refund— or prove I used their service. Didn’t use a service that I didn’t know I had…. And I still cannot figure out what the premium service would have offered me. I found a nanny on Nanny lane - so didn’t need them. Terrible service.

My experience was absolutely horrible, I am vested over $65,000 in a horrible tutor that Care.com set me up with. The tutoring was virtual, never once tried to educate or teach my daughter, got on with her on the computer and then left until it was time to go. I wish nobody this particular person that I did have, that has since gone on to create her own company.

There are plenty of fake accounts on the site, very few people respond to messages. Care.com will not send you invoices/payment confirmations and their "1 month membership" option is actually a subscription, they charged me £300 and provided no useful services. Customer support is extremely poor. Their competition is much better.

The website is VERY hard to navigate. No personal help. Contacted via email twice and never got back to me. No phone number leads you to a person. No explanation to how to post your services. Denied my credit card and PayPal. No reason to.

My wife posted on Care.com for a babysitter. To read any responses or to respond, you have to pay Care.com a minimum of $40! Huge scam to me.

Just like all of the other complaints state. They are thieves. I've cancelled my subscription and they continue to charge me and they lie to the CC company to continue their fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay and pay and pay.

Cancelled my subscription and they kept billing me. Talked to customer service said the problem was fixed and then they billed me again. At this point they have stolen over $150 from me.
