Fortunately, we haven't used them and won't. The on-line only format doesn't work for senior care, as many people in this demographic are not computer savvy enough to use it well. Yet when I requested a way to talk to a live person to help my 97 year old mother, it took over a month(!) for someone to get back to me via email. After reading the other reviews, I am glad I never got sucked in to paying for a subscription and would caution others NOT to use their services.

They should have their vendors specify that they will not help certain ages and only look for easy high paying jobs. They should screen the vendors and make sure they are there To help in the needs of parents to separate money chasers and actual care givers

If I could give a zero I would. You can do more background checks with a simple Facebook search. Caregivers are not quality. Of most concern is their business model. Customer service phone number disconnects after a message. The billing number is not in service. And talking in the chat is like talking to a concrete wall. Oh, and know that when you pay for a three month membership it's not a three month membership. It's a we're going to charge you every three months until the rest of your life. Like I said, horrible company.

I was charged twice for the same service. I immediately contacted their customer service department through their website (there is no other way to contact them) and received an email saying they would respond within 48 hours. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later, 4 emails later and still have not heard from them. The service is very expensive and their website is extremely difficult to navigate. They do not screen applicants (that is apparently your responsibility) and yet charge an arm and a leg to use their service. I am guessing they also charge their caregivers to be listed on their site as well.

Have been taking my money for months while I haven't been using the service. They claim to remind you of renewal which is absolutely not true - they're quite happy to keep taking your money for nothing and be as difficult as possible when you try and do something about it. Don't sign up! This is the first Trust Pilot review I have been compelled to write! There are other, much better providers for these services.

I signed up to search for a caregiver. But my add kept being discontinued or whatever. I then tried to cancel my monthly service as they never kept up my ad for help. The phone # on charge card bill is disconnected. I tried to send an email. never got response. They kept charging my card. I disputed it with mastercard and put a stop on their charges. Then care.com sends me email asking me to update my billing info. I responded to that email. Got nothing. I give them an F

I had a woman obviously on drugs come clean on one occasion and the second time a girl tweaking and barely got anything done. She broke my towel bar and toilet paper handle. Unbelievable if I didn’t see it myself.
