Easy and stress free The process was extremely easy and I received very qualified individuals in a short period of time. The only thing that would make this better is after paying for the premium service I am not able to utilize any of the additional background check options.

Tough in Rural Area. I set up an account to find my grandpa care in rural Oregon. The principle is sound and transparent - you pay a fee for them to connect you with people you then pay directly. A good approach to find more affordable care by working with independent contractors. I didn't have as many options that worked and we didn't find a provider through the site. I also forgot to cancel the service and it auto-renewed. It's hard to find their customer service page but when I finally did get ahold of them they refunded my money within 20 minutes for the additional month even though it was my fault that I didn't cancel it in time. In a city it seems to work well - my friend had great luck finding a provider for her dad. She had tons of people to choose from.

Our care sitter was fantastic. Grateful for care.com for “introducing” us. Prices are high so can’t use care.com often but glad they were there in our emergency situation
