APRIL 2022 UPDATE THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD EVEN THOU I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM ACKNOWLEDGING CANCELLATION LAST MONTH! DONT TRUST THEM. STAY AWAY Terrible company. Their referrals to our child care center were a scam. They make you pay an annual fee and then $50 upfront to just get a parent referral which they assure you are legit. I have spent over $500 for their "screened and valid referrals" and not one parent referral has even come in to tour. The referrals dont even return calls. We have had issues from the start and the service has NOT PROVIDED any benefit to my company. My last email to them . One more bit of info as you asked ME to HELP make your company better. Your company SHOULD calculate the lost revenue of how many clients dont sign with you in contrast with refunding the rest of my annual fee. I have run businesses for close to 30 years and its much better to part ways amicable when services are not up to par than to create an enemy who will bad mouth you at each turn. Im very active in many day care groups and child care council and community groups. Pass this along to your management. If it reaches a true manager who is responsible for bottom line earnings, Im sure they would agree. Worst service ever. It is like using trademe to place an ad (which is expensive anyway) to find out that in order to see responses to your ad you have to pay another fee. Considering going to the commerce commission.

Une arnaque! je fais mes recherches, ça dit qu'il y a 3 gardiennes pour enfants tout près de chez moi, et que les trois ont été actives «aujourd'hui». Je prends donc un abonnement afin de pouvoir leur écrire, et une fois fait, les trois n'ont même pas lu mon message! donc, faux profils, j'ai écris à care disant que je voulais un remboursement, et j,ai eu une réponse qu'il ne faisait aucun remboursement! Je paye, j'ai personne à moins de 10 KM pour venir garder quand on me fait croire le contraire et vous ne me rembourser pas!? Je suis très fachée de tous ces gens qu'ils doivent arnaquer! Je suis au Québec.

Do not use this website at all. Charged my credit card $90 without even letting me know beforehand that they were going to do so. I used their website same time last year before the birth of my third child so I can get help for other children, failed to find any suitable candidates and of course with a baby just forgot all about it until I saw the charge on my credit card. No emails to let me know the subscription was going to be renewed.

I suggested my 18-year old daughter register online with them. They required an $18 fee for a background check to build her profile. Apparently she was denied because she doesn't have established credit history. Trying to contact them was unsuccessful. I definitely won't be referring my clients or friends to this resource, care.com, again.

Basically steal money. Auto renews without warning. Does not warn that will auto renew. No refund policy. Caregivers have fake profiles. About as bad as a terrible dating site.

This is a fraudulent company. Do not give them any financial information including your credit card or account information. They will steal from you whether you are a provider or customer. Put your complaint in with the Better Business Bureau immediately. Stay away from this company!!!

Rubbish company! Paid for a month's subscription and what a waste that was! You contact the recommended people and no-one gets back to you. They've basically just scammed money out of me! I'm keeping a close eye on my account ,to make sure they don't continue taking money out, as I've read that this is a common problem. I wish I'd looked on here before using them. Lesson learnt!
