Hi, just paid about $70 dollars for a paid membership so that I could send messages to childcare providers. NONE of them messaged me back, although Care.com had assigned them 100% response rates. Scam much? Reached out to company but of course, they do not issue refunds. So nice for already stressed out families looking for care. Thanks guys.

I signed up for the website and had to worry about my online privacy so I didn't initially use my full last name. I then fixed it since it's a requirement. However, after verifying my address and making payments it's been 3 days and my account is still suspended with promises to reinstate it and nothing gets done.. They have my money, we are seeking help for an elderly family person and they are doing nothing about it. Horrible.

They unauthorized kept charging me $40 every month. I subscribed for 1 month only and they refused to refund me all the months that they kept charging me when I no longer had the membership and were not using the app. Bad 1 star reviews all over BBB.

This company are thieves. When you sign up and give them your credit card number, they will continue to take money out until they darn well please. Ya have to close your credit card before they will stop, because their terms and service give them authority to keep auto renewing your account. I requested cancellation and they still took out. And I couldn't dispute because I had no proof I cancelled. I had to close my credit card which was a pain.

I recently signed up as a care-giver on this site. When I went to the "messages" window, it automatically sent my credentials and applied me to the jobs. Also, under my profile, it has credentials that I do not have nor did I include when I set up my account. And I couldn't find any way to email anyone for assistance. 5/25/2022 - In response to your reply, your "email" option for help does not allow me to send the email after I've completed all the fields. Also, you have no "chat" support, or live phone support. This is not help.

You guys are bloody thieves! I've contacted chubb insurance and they confirmed that care.com use their name for fraudulent activities and charge people under false name. NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE CARE.COM FOR ANY REASON! They will continue to charge your credit card with a different identity! One of them is called chubb insurance!

Care.com is a total scam. They do not consider the California’s Automatic Renewal Law. You are not notified of any automatic payments being deducted from your account. Yes, I was under the assumption (made a huge mistake) of being charged a one-time subscription fee. I tried the service and was un-able to find reputable child-care via their services, after three cancellations from care-givers, I again assumed that I cancelled my subscription via the online portal. After more research, I..lol..found that they have collected monthly fees for the past 15 months...lol..without any notifications of "your monthly subscription is being renewed". The charges will keep coming on your card, there are NO REFUND options and the Care givers are killing, harming and unreliable for your love ones...google it.
