Horrible company!!!
Horrible company!!!! I sent a text to apply for a position and Jennifer who has a brain injury didnt like what i said so she gave me a horrible review accusing me of senior abuse, being unreliable, warned others nit to use me, etc. and Care. Com refused to do anything about it!!!! She destroyed my reputation and we never met or spoke!!! Care.com just kept asking for 19.99 to upgrade with them! If i could sue them i would!!!!

Care.com payments
We paid our sitter through care.com, the sitter couldn't receive the payment through care.com. She asked us venmo her instead, we did and care.com refused to refund us. We paid for a week of childcare twice.

Care.com is a JOKE!
CARE.Com is a joke! It is subscription-based so that is their main concern. I paid for the premium package, which is supposed to put your account as high ranking. I also had five star reviews & open availability.I applied for 18 different job, zero people had seen my account or messages. Care.com will NOT allow you to find a job because that means you will cancel your subscription and they will no longer make money off of you. Also for people looking for caregivers be aware that the background checks are also a joke they never see your ID or verify your social. They make sure they are not liable for anything in the fine print!

Horrible
Horrible. They offered a 20% membership promo but then charged me the full amount and only subtracted a fraction ($5) when I asked to cancel since I felt this company was not trustworthy. After the partial refund of $5 I went online to manually cancel my membership because they did not do it after asking twice. Non responsive to email. Since then I’ve been charged 4 times including a fee for $40, I had to change my bank card because no one responds to customer service. Don’t use them. They are not trustworthy.

Dishonest company
Dishonest company. We signed up for a premium account but haven’t been able to use the service. We keep getting charged but told we need to sign up for their premium services. We were also charged twice in one month.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they keep charging even if you cancel!!!! And are telling me that T&Cs mean they cannot refund the money taken AFTER I CANCELLED! Taking them to trading standards but DO NOT USE!!! THIS COMPANY WILL STEEL FROM YOU!!!!! ### UPDATE #### I didn't "FEEL" that I had cancelled, I HAD cancelled, if your systems failed to register that it isn't because I had some kind of emotive disconnect to it and I dont appriciate the condecention. Trawl the servers logs, it'll be there!! I have reached out to both, and the FB team just told me that you didn't do refunds.

We signed up for only a three month…
We signed up for only a three month subscription and care.com has been charging us monthly for many months for a premium subscription and a value added subscription we did not sign up for. We feel we have been defrauded by care.com and wanted to share our experience. Beware of this scam. We are following up with our attorney general’s office as well as the local news 5 on your side.

Scam!! Stay away!
Scam!!! Stole 100$ from me, saying I booked a sitter. The sitter they said I booked did not even have a pic or bio. Refused to refund my money. I am sure this has happened to many, so stay away!!!!
