This is the worst website ever. I cancelled my subscription with them in November 2021 and got an email confirmation stating my subscription has been cancelled. However they said that I incorrectly cancelled the cancellation. Not sure how that happened so they have charged me for 10 months and will not give me a full refund. A terrible company, totally crap you can’t take out your credit card information, you can not call costumer support. Absolutely thieves!!! Never use this site ever. And they now have written they will send my feedback? They should be sued left right and center for they are a fraudulent business. I have no idea how they think they can get away with charging your credit card? They send no confirmation of re-subscription and just auto-charge. Shameless to be cheating hard working Americans.

do not waste a minute with this company no way to get in touch with them no customer support number at all the people that answer your post never return phone calls we tried for weeks contacting them and they make u upgrade but you have no idea what the upgrade is i gave them 1 star they should get zero and close shop immediately after reading all these horrible reviews just a follow up of these complete clowns,of course within 30 mins they finally wrote back to once again go thru there message center that doesnt work?????????? and they wont even give me someone to talk to or even give me a phone number still!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!

Too numerous to list. It's hit or miss for sure and have found ONE great caregiver who is incredible - unfortunately for us she got accepted into grad school... but still helps us out. ALL THE OTHERS ACT LIKE THEY'RE DOING US A FAVOR. It's a JOB and we pay well. As an RN I could make so much $$$ with quality care but I'm unable because I care for 2 loved ones. God Bless and prayers... BE VERY CAREFUL ALLOWING SOME OF THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME. We installed cameras for various reasons and I live in the same home with my sweet mother.

We have not used the service in over a year. they "auto-renewed" the billing on 8/2/22. I reached out to them on 8/2, 8/3, and now 4-5 additional times. "we have a no refund policy," they say. they will downgrade the subscription but bill for "one month" the premium. This is a ridiculous scam. You cannot auto-renew without warning customers. We did not even know we still had an active subscription. They give you a run around and there is no customer service phone number to call. Do not EVER use these services.

* Sitters NOT vetted and you don't know who you are getting in your house with your children. * Dishonest business practices: recurring billing every month so beware of your $$.

If I could give zero stars I would...and I wish I read the other reviews on care.com. They charge you without sending receipts and give you no notification of payments or being a premium subscriber. It feels like predatory consumer behavior. And as others write - there is no customer service. When I finally managed to write to someone the response was that they aren't obligated to send receipts and the onus is on the customer to cancel. On top of everything the quality of candidates is terrible. Please save yourselves and don't pay this company a cent.

If I could only give them a 1/2 star I would - signed up for the annual membership thinking I would receive a notification regarding renewal each year, like a normal business, with the opportunity to renew if I wanted to- but a year later and all I received was a charge on my credit card - no notice, no reminders, nothing. So I email to cancel and request a refund, because you can't call and talk to anyone, and they state that there are "no refunds" but that "I am able to use the subscription for another year" instead. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I hadn't used their subscription for most of the last year because it was awful, so why would I want to use it another whole year. . . and pay for it. . .Simply awful.

THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES WITHOUT EVER ASKING YOUR PERMISSION. THEY WILL AUTO WITHDRAW FROM YOU IN EVER INCREASING AMOUNTS MONTHLY WITHOUT EVER GETTING YOUR PERMISSION! THIS IS REAL FOLKS!
