Signing up for a membership was a week long challenge. On a pc the site would not process payment. On my mobile device it took multiple attempts before it would finally process the payment. We finally got it to process after more than a dozen attempts over several days.

I haven't looked or needed to find care for over a year and i just had $75 taken out off my credit card with zero warning for some sort of subscription. This has happened before with this company so i made sure i'd cancelled it all last time. Apparently not. There is no way of sending a formal complaint on the site so they can get away with stealing money from innocent customers. It's completely outrageous. Do not use Care.com

They showed that I had 50 matches on the basic profile and to message them, I needed to upgrade. As soon as they took my payment, there are now ZERO matches for what I need.

Bait and swich, the website pretends that you will be able to post your job and then accept a caregiver without signing up. You can not. This is deceptive advertising, and is unethical, the CEO Tim Allen should be ashamed of this cash grab on people who need help.

Hi Natasha, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

OK, bought off on 1 yr, at a discounted rate: did not notice a "pop-up" or line for applying the 20 hello. credit card was charged the full rate. Just how do I get the difference back?
