I was able to find a caregiver every time I searched for one. The only thing that needs to improve is the caregivers being honest and forthcoming with their availability. For example, if they are only looking for a summer job, if they are only looking to work until they feel something else better comes along, or if this is a temporary means to get some extra cash they should say that from the beginning. This should not come up after they have already been interviewed and hired. It takes a toll on me the parent and it's too much confusion for the child especially one with special needs that advances in a stable environment not one of uncertainty.

It was good to see the cv and location of those applicants. And being able to message them directly makes it easier to gauge each applicant.

I loved Care.com. I was able to find a great babysitter for the time that we needed one and she was amazing. The site is easy to navigate and filter through potential candidates. However, I was not a big fan of paying for some basic services like messaging the sitters.

I was able to find a great caregiver for my elderly mother. She is still with us and is a very responsible individual who keeps me updated on everything happening on a daily basis with my mother.

It took while to get recommendations for our pet assistance, but we did get some good options. in the end our trip was cancelled so we canceled for this time. in future we would very likely use Care.com.

I have used Care.com before when looking for a math tutor for our daughter many years ago. Everything went fantastic. Decided to try the pet sitting services and we received a huge response. It was a tough decision because of many great candidates, but we found someone who we think is going to work out perfectly!

The concept of providing a service to people looking for a service is genius. Your site does a great job of allowing these people to find one another. However, the communication between the two parties could be greatly improved. Many times this chain has failed and it is frustrating.
