ZERO STARS complete waste of money. I reached out to at least 25 nannys on this site after paying for premium and not a single one responded to me. I cancelled and still was charged for two months. The only way this company makes money is auto renewing memberships and not refunding you. Do not sign up for this scam site.

Care.com does not respect Nannie’s, or sitters. They allow parents to do whatever they want. I worked With a family who found me on Care.com and they refused to pay me. I tried reaching out to Care.com and they refuse to help me. The families do what they want, when they want, and we just have to suck it up. It’s not fair and now I’m out of 160 dollars. Thanks a lot Care.com

Horrible company. No communication. Website does not work properly. I cannot cancel my subscription. Very frustrated.

I thought I had canceled my account only to find I was being charged for several additional months. They have a no exceptions refund policy and their customer service will keep repeating that to you over and over again. I suspect they make the cancellation process so difficult that they are hoping to trick people into keeping their accounts open by mistake. Feels like a money grab, I don't even know what the point of their customer service is. *** UPDATE: Care.com replied to this message to send me a reference number for customer service. When I reached out through the chat service on the website, they simply repeated that they do not refund under any circumstance. Why did they even bother responding to this post, it just wasted more of my time. BUYER BEWARE!

If zero was an option I would give them a zero. I hired TWO different caretakers at TWO different times. Took the first one to lunch interviewed her she was excited…gave her two weeks to start…introduced her to my mom on her first day…text me AFTER she was supposed to be there and QUIT…the second one took to lunch she was sooooo excited…hired her…called in the first two days with family emergencies and just didn’t show up the third day!!!! I will never use this service again

I started to sign up for this service when I realized that I do not always make wise choices. This service sounds a little too good to be true to have just landed in my lap. So I decided to investigate and look for reviews. I found those reviews on Trust pilot. With each review I read I was grateful I had not completed the application. This company replies with a standard msg. contact us at our help.care.com and use reference #..... well if you would notice the contact address is incomplete. Right away this tells you to cancel your card these people will never return your money or cancel your account. You will always get an error of some kind with an address that does not have @ in it. help.care.com cannot work because in order to contact someone it should be help @ care.com. ( I had to put a space in there because Trust Pilot does not allow emails in their reviews. Maybe that is the problem, but I doubt it because they could have let everyone know just like I am). I could understand if this was the reply, once, but this is the reply every time so, it is not a typo. People, please cancel your card immediately because these people, who are more than likely not even Americans will never give you your money back. Since I do not know how to reply or if I can This is my update. I want everyone to notice that the reply to my review of this scam company was exactly the same as everyone else's. I had not even completed the application or given them money because I wanted to check the reviews. Be careful and always check your review because there are people out there who only want your money. Evil is everywhere so we do not need to help it but always remember the Lord will handle this problem we just need to love each other and look out for each other. God Bless.

I'm sure they send an automatic email which you can't reply to, just to force you to pay for the premium membership, then you don't hear back from your email response. Beware that they also have an auto-renew on your initial membership so if you don't manually cancel it, you will continue to be charged monthly I wouldn't recommend using this company to find work.

I am a career nanny and find many of my jobs through this service. There are some times if I am not available for a job I refer some of the people that reach out to me to some of the girls on my team as I own a nanny agency. They keep disconnecting my account. I want my money back! I pay a monthly membership in order to get access to even more positions so I can personally take more jobs but my account keeps getting deleted. I will be suing if my money is not returned for background check and monthly subscription.
