Care.com charge me $395.4 Member fee , this is a scam . The system said 60% percent off for first year membership fee . And they over charge me a lot even I couldn’t get refund. Care.com deserve Zero Star .

Rip off, with virtually nobody responding
Way overpriced for what is nothing more than letting you message people. We contacted dozens, and about 4 responded. Two to say they were not taking any more work, and two that were not suited. This was a complete waste of money. Just call ads in the local paper, or advertise on nextdoor.com, which is free. This is a rip off!

They charged me 45 AUD every month…
They charged me 45 AUD every month without me noticing. They said I have to close the account in order to cancel my credit card registration. It forced me to change my credit card. Their Nannies always those people and I contacted some of them, most don't reply.

If i could give a zero star i would. This is the second time i have subscribed. yep, should have known better from the first time. You can cancel all you want from there site but in order for them to stop taking money from you. You have to contact them. thieves and so dishonest. I work hard for my money for someone to take it from me and not give it back in full. Will never ever ever use them again. learned my lesson for the second time. shame on you care.com

I almost bought their product
I almost bought their product, but before I subscribed I googled them. This is basically a scam and I can not believe they are even legal. I get several emails a day now, saying they have an applicant that wants to help out. The text is blurred out until I subscribe for $38 a month or a yearly for over $120 or so before you realize you are dooped. I've been taken before but not this time!!!

Used this app one time, 4 years ago and they continue to charge me.
I signed up for care.com several years when I was looking for a housekeeper. I have tried and tried to cancel out my "membership" to no avail. They originally told me I would have to do it on line from a desktop computer. I tried that, again unable to do it, they charged me again, again I try to cancel it out online. Thought I had it completed, only for them to again charge me. I just called them and they were willing to cancel out my subscription, but, not refund my money. This company is a scam, their reviews are awful. I have put the charge in dispute with my bank and have put a 2 year block on them being able to charge me. DON'T USE THESE SCAMERS!!!!

DON'T
DON'T - just DON'T. I found a great home cleaning person but was billed after I cancelled my subscription on their APP. The APP clearly said my subscription was now cancelled. Their email response was that I had to cancel/manage my subscription on my Apple account. I sent back a response only to get an email back stating this matter is resolved. Yes, resolved for THEM. In this way, their APP is deceptive. Poor communication and crummy customer service.
