Complete waste of money and time. There are no decent babysitters or nannies on here. They don’t care about babysitting for your family and will respond back not interested. I’m not even sure why they are signed up on the site. Don’t waste your money or your time. My husband and I have tried several times in the last few years and have found nobody. All will reply they are not interested.

Terrible.. I had advertised for many months with Care.com for our care business. I got an email off them earlier this week to say sorry your cancelling your membership.. I had never cancelled my membership. When i tried contacting them they said they had never heard if us!! Despite continually being with them for many months and paying fees!. Unbelievable.. This company has its head up its backside!.. There is no telephone support, nothing. We are desperately trying to fill our vacancies right now, and this has been a disaster. Can someone, anyone help

If you paid for a subscription and were closed immediately after, the system most likely issued you a refund, however it does sometimes take up to a week to process through your bank. Company is a scam. Keeps charging monthly fees even when you cancel it and chat with representatives. Won't give you refunds. Only returns half of your membership and says it won't auto renew but does anyway. Stay away.

The service has deteriorated from 3 years ago when we last used it. There is no live help. No telephone support. No chat support. They close down your job posting automatically every 3 weeks with no notice. When you go in to repost, you have to redo the whole thing. You can't just Reopen it. Their app has many glitches that they, themselves, cannot correct. All I can say it is too cumbersome and not worth the trouble or cost.

Care.com is really bad. Takes too much of my time and is a total scam. They don't even let me give my applicant my phone number. They block it. I cn'at post my phone number on the job post. I paid for premium. They are really bad. Stay away

Nos han robado 630 euros. Pagas 35 al mes y nadie te dice que esa suscripcion se renueva automaticamente. Al cabo de mas de un año y medio nos dimos cuenta que nos estaban cargando 35 euros cada mes en la cuenta. Hacen una web muy buena, no ponen ningun contacto telefonico y te van robando hasta que te das cuenta
