Hi Stephanie! Sorry to hear that you are not receiving alerts when you get a new message. You can try adding [email protected] to your address book to make sure that emails from us are sent to your inbox and not in your SPAM/JUNK mail folder. You can also check the privacy and notification settings on your account under Accounts and Settings. I hope this helps!

Hi Courtney, We are truly sorry that you are finding the site difficult to manage and we would be happy to assist you with that. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via [email protected] so we can resolve these issues. Additionally, please know that caregivers are not required to pay for a membership in order to search for and apply to jobs, or for your profile to be seen. As long as your profile is approved it will be visible to other members, and you can improve your ranking in search results just by the overall completion of your account. When viewing your profile, your Profile Strength will be listed on the upper right across from your bio details. Here you can view a list of what is needed to increase your Profile Strength, including links to each item!
