Limits messages to only 50 a day for a premium account. If I wanted limitations I would not have paid for a premium account. What kind of non sense is that. The response rate from the nannies on there is about 1-2% so I might get 2-3 responses out of 50 messages sent out a day. This extends the time in which we are able to find someone which defeats the purpose of the site. Dont waste your time on here. Either set up some requirements making the nanny respond to messages sent to them, or lift the restrictions on the paid members.

If I could give 0 star I would. Do not put your credit card détails on there, it's impossible to Remove. There is no way of cancelling your account. I got no answers from any babysitter this is a scam site. There is no phone Number to contact to cancel.

Do not use! They just want your money and won't refund. Trued to chat and got shut down by the chat lead I have photo evidence if that chat.

This place is a TOTAL scam. They claim you can contact them on the number on the invoice, but there is no contact number. There 'help-centre' sends you around in circles. There is no email address to send complaints too nor is there a number you can speak to a person (if you look at their responses on here, they never provide a mobile, they just say "you can find it on our invoice, which you can't). It claims you can delete you credit card and account, but you cannot. They information they provide on how to do that is false. They have been taking $50 a month from me for over 18 months when I had cancelled the paying membership and haven't used them all this time.

worst site on the planet. AI have never left a review like this, but I am INFURIATED. do not trust them. they just want your money and have no interest in doing what they say they actually do. Ive wasted an hour trying to cancel the membership but it wont let me do anything without giving them my social security number. GARBAGE.

As a sitter i was fine paying a small monthly fee for a premium membership. I am fine with a company making money! What I am not fine with is now being charged a “nominal “ booking fee (10%) as a sitter starting in Nov with no advance communications. I thought there had to be some technical error when I saw it! I was able to chat with a rep who gave me a canned response. These questions went unanswered: When did this new sitter fee go live? When was I notified? Where is this information posted on the site/app? The replies I received are the EXACT responses a reviewer named Paige posted a few days ago! It’s just copy and paste , I was told someone would get back to me and heard nothing. I am not adamantly opposed to paying monthly and a booking fee as a sitter but I should have been informed AND the site/ app need to be updated to be more user friendly. Where is the job? Oh, looks like a city in Alaska?! If I start driving now I will make it in time for Valentine’s Day no problem! The map is NEVER correct. Some changes that would be helpful on the sitter side: Map that is accurate. Calendar/ Time that is accurate. Ability to ask for more information on a job instead of accepting and hoping for the best because the parent only posted “I need a sitter” 1 am- 3am I KNOW the time aspect on the site is not correct sometimes because I have experienced it. I have so many jobs that parents never reply to and I am left wondering if I should apply to another job and possibly be double booked? I can’t afford to wait for an answer that will never come. The canned responses from Care say they “Continually invest in tools and features” but I have yet to see anything new or anything old that has been fixed. Overall do I make money? Yes My hope is that the site will improve and one day I can say “my fees are so small compared to all the amazing benefits and tools I get as a caregiver”! Now for the fun part- I am sure I will be getting a canned, response to this review that includes “we will note this for the management team” I doubt they even read these things and if I get anything different I will eat my hat. Edited to react to the response I received from Care- as I suspected I received a reply that did not address my concerns and issues.

Used to be good, but now it’s a scam. Got charged for “free” basic membership. I get dozens of alerts a week and none of the parents reply. I swear these are all fake because 1) I used to have a lot of luck and communicated with many parents through messaging 2) The GPS pin that’s dropped on the map that’s supposedly where the family lives is ALWAYS in a different state than me 2) I’ll get babysitting requests for a certain date after that date has already passed. This is all sketchy. Now they’re only allowing online bookings and taking $9 service fees out? Ridiculous.

I reported a sitter, she wasn’t reliable and then became very disgruntled and made a false report to cps, in her malicious intent to retaliate. I will continuously help spread the word. She went through my personal things and tried to use it as leverage, she had my spectrum account shut off which coincided with her reporting me to cps. There needs to be harsher punishments and consequences.
