I’m a CNA and have several years experience. Each time I log in it tells me I have no reviews yet I have 5 reviews on the site. I have applied for 9 jobs and never a response. The reason? I refuse to pay for the ‘upgrade’ and so my name doesn’t show up. I asked a friend to look for me. Nope! Can’t find me. I’ve had my Account for 5+ years so how can that be? I’ve decided to contact the BBB and also our local news channel to see if they have someone on investigating reporting. There’s something seriously wrong if you can never speak to a human in Customer Service.

Terrible site. I had an old account in 2021 that never went anywhere as I didn’t need it. I created a new account, signed up to premium only last week for my account not even be recognised or the reset password come through. I sent an email to their “customer service” to get a refund as it’s only been a week, who tried to tell me my old account is the premium one and I should just log in as if I was confused ??? I sent an email for both accounts to be closed and no payments be taken and have been ignored since. I’ll keep emailing though

The last thing you do is care about your clients. All you care about is money, care.com. You kept charging my card when I haven’t logged in for more than a year. You don’t send an email saying anything about auto charge before you take money from card. The background check never worked on your site and I never hired through your guys. Your communication is not clear from the very start. Someone needs to sue you for your practices…a scam.

When I set up my account for a one month trial period, I specifically put DO NOT AUTORENEWAL. At 1AM this morning, I saw that even though I have a document showing no auto renewal, guess what they did? You guessed it, they billed me and renewed it against my wishes. I have sent emails through their website, no response. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I called the one I found (877.227.3115) and it sends you back to the loop of their website. Imagine that! I see they have been sued for this practice already prior to me. Stay away, they are horrible, especially customer service. Let's see if anyone will reach out and I'll follow up to upgrade if they give me my money back.

worst site ever! don't ever expect to get any customer service help because they don't proved any live help. I have been charged for months and for months I have been trying to cancel my subscription but haven't been able too. now i have to cancel my credit card because i have been unable to reach a live person. This company deserves to be sued for the simple fact that they mess people over and don't provide ample support for issues with there site!

This company has customer service that is a responsive as Road Kill. I have tried repeated to reach them via email re log in problems. I've requested password resets multiple times and get no response. Their rating on this site is well earned. Absolutely dreadful and unresponsive customer service.
