The process of communicating with a potential caregiver is effective. The only change I recommend is when a caregiver is marked as hired, the family member should be taken off the list, such as, No longer searching for a caregiver.

My cat sitter was enthusiastic and experienced with cats as she has ones of her own. She made sure the cats were fed and the litter cleaned. She responded to texts and she checked with me to make sure I had returned when I said I would.

ONLY LEAVING 4 STARS SO THIS WILL BE SEEN…I’m usually a review reader, but I skipped that this time just because I have heard of care.com for years and actually signed up a few times but this was the first time I actually paid for a membership. I see in my account they charged me twice the amount of the membership. I called on Saturday and the voicemail says they are closed I called back Monday morning first thing the rep says they can’t refund me because the time allowed has passed which is convenient for them because they are closed on the weekends so I was just scammed into paying $82 for this crap membership and I found it very funny how I was getting countless messages from potential sitters and soon as I pay for the membership no one answers THIS APP/WEBSITE IS A SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Since joining Care.com in June as a house cleaner/caregiver, everything has been great and gone smoothly. Care.com was exactly what I needed when I wanted to build my clientele base, which I definitely have done. When signing up with care.com each step was easy to navigate with the exception of the map. It's very difficult to draw the area you are willing to travel to for work because you need to enlarge the map and circle the area at the same time, which I found very hard to do. It would be much easier if you could enter a zip code and a mile radius for the area and distance you are willing to travel. Overall, Care.com has been a great experience and I have gained some great clients.

Donna F at the last moment canceled without calling me I had to text her to find out she wasn’t coming!!!! Amy S Advertise $15-$20 per hour came to my house for an interview and wasted 30 minutes of my time while I was paying another caregiver to be here and then she told me it was $30 an hour on the weekends so that was false advertising. Nash is the most Wonderful caregiver than anybody could ever have! She’s always on time extremely courteous and sympathetic and follows directions very very well. I am thinking God for having met her.
