I posted a job and within hours, I got several reponses. They were super easy to manage on the app. I could view, respond, set up interviews, book interviews and pay all one motion. The appointments even synced to my phone clandestine and events to remind me. Great site and app!

I was so tired of working with caregiver agency providers - too expensive and their % always resulted in us getting less than what we paid for. Using this site allowed us to screen and interview caregivers and get all our value for the amount of money we are spending. It is much more work but in the end I believe we get the best value and the best caregiver.

I was nervous about having someone I didn't know come into my home and watch my son. As soon as Caroline M. came through the door I knew my son and home was in trustworthy hands. I would definitely recommend Care.com to anyone looking for a last minute sitter.

It's been easy to contact providers and the two I've met are totally acceptable but I'm unclear about any screening done in providers which I would assume there would be some.

My partner and I have used Care.com on two separate occasions now to find pet sitters while we went away on vacation. Within hours, we had received multiple applications from available sitters, and found wonderful individuals each time, who took great care of our cat, and even sent pictures to show how great our fur ball was doing while we were touring Europe. Added bonus was the ability to look at references and background checks before making a decision. Happy cat, happy people!

My husband and I have not had any luck finding a sitter for our two boys. Once we joined Care.com, we have a handful of great sitters near our home! The website is great with so much to choose from. Well worth the membership.
