I signed up and realized that most of their job are a scam or none existent. I probably applied to 10 but got one solid reply. Seems that most of their adds are old or fake. I got a message via email, but supposedly couldn't not reply unless I upload an app. No thank you. I logged in into my account, but no messages there. I figured I will contact customer service, but not so fast. Unless you have premium membership, YOU CANNOT reach customer service. You can only use, frequently asked section. Seriously? What????>>>>. Bye. I just unsubscribed. Hopefully they, canceled and won't charge me like a lot of people are saying on here.

Beware of the caregivers on that website. We hired a babysitter in Long Island New York, her name is Jheanelle, and she dropped our 5 months old baby. She was constantly on her phone with her airpods on and did not pay attention to my daughter. We spent 5 hours in the emergency room to have our baby checked. Please be mindful because people lie on their resume and I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this trauma with care.com caregivers.

Who charges £30 a month to seek a cleaner No guarantee of success and little of an offering for what is a steep cost

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolute scammers. Sighed up for a month of premium membership, BEWARE they keep taking you money! AVOID.

Ik had een abonnement genomen voor 1 maand (juli - augustus) maar het blijkt dat ze dit stilzwijgend hebben omgezet in een premium account. Ik blijk sinds september 2022 35 euro per maand te betalen. Ik heb hier nooit toestemming voor gegeven. Ik wil mijn geld terug! 7 x 35 euro = 245 euro. Ik wil 245 euro terug! En ik wil mijn abonnement per direct opzeggen! Ik ben heel erg boos! Dit kan echt niet. Contact met dit ‘bedrijf’ is niet mogelijk. Geen klantenservice niks. Wat erg dat jullie op deze maand geld van mensen hun rekening halen. Jullie moeten mij terugbetalen! Ik wil dat jullie mij zo snel mogelijk terugbetalen en bellen. En dit zo snel mogelijk in orde maken! Oplichters zijn jullie!

Truly horrible customer service experience. 1. They continue to charge a monthly premium fee even though I had stopped it 2 months prior. When asking for a refund they simply flat out replied, even though they see the account had ZERO activity for 2+ months. As to the explanation why they cannot refund "it's in our terms and services". 2. The application is buggy. sending messages to potential caregivers it glitches and nothing is sent and everything typed is erased. They are charging $50/month for their platform and this is the outcome. Honestly, there are better platforms for seeking caregivers and better managed from a customer service standpoint. as for the caregiver, they've been great to deal with but they are also on multiple platforms so there is really no reason why anybody would want to use care.com.

I’ve been with care.com for years as a care giver. They have refused to allow me to put reviews on my profile, claiming that their review system is undergoing maintenance. Even though other friends of mine on Care.com are getting their reviews posted. I have been trying for nearly 4 months to get my three reviews posted and I’m not getting any help at all. I only get threatened that they will discontinue my subscription. I recently spent eight hours going back-and-forth via Facebook messenger trying to get help, because I was told that the only way to get their phone number and get real help was to cancel my subscription through Apple and pay directly with my credit card and then their phone number might show up on my credit card statement. This was the only way to get their phone number! I have never heard of anything like this before, Absolute incompetence!

If I could give care.com a 0 I would. No one on the site actually wants to work. They force people to remain active who already have jobs which was a waste of my time and then the people left cannot commit to employment. One person told me they wanted full time hours then another that 3 days was too much they wanted to only work 2. The price is outrageous for what you actually get. I was less than one month in and wanted to cancel the entire thing. However they make it impossible to get a refund or cancel.
