SCAMMED BY ALLIANCE V.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, NOT EVER WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, REPEATEDLY!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THEY'RE A COMPANY THAT IS BE-FRIENDED BY OR PAYING TRUST PILOT TO GO EASY ON THEM AND DELETE THIS REVIEW! Signed up for Quarterly for $58 and change quarterly. They have been charging me monthly and claim that I cancelled after the billing cycle. So listen up! (Despite the fact that they are lying...) 1. Cancel and if not within certain timeframes, they kill your cancellation. Or claim it never happened. Yep, you have to cancel again. (Shady right?) 2. When you cancel before billing cycle, they use the same excuse. They should be shut down. 3. They have desperate people on there so best believe, I used Trust But Verify Clearances dot com to background check and you do not want to know some of the people on there. 4. One lady was on social security, did not tell us, left us high and dry after a few payments and then states she needed cash to continue. She just arrived to scam the client. 5. Another stated when it came time to pay her - after the fact she needed cash, or else. 6. Another had some sort of driver license that stated, Not For Vehicle Operation. 7. I had an investigation opened on the using this term on their transactions: POS - Point of Sale (so their bogus charges are not so questionable about the transaction) 8. I ALSO removed my credit card info. So how did they charge me again? They should be sued. By the way, POS means you are standing there swiping your card. If you've never been in a Care.com office, it's because they do transactions online, digitally, remotely. So why LIE and show POS? If you've used them you know it's true. This is how they will continue to rob you. I am getting major agencies involved. And here is my message to Care.com "You you'd have refunded me. Would have saved you from what you will be investigated about. I have the transactions and your POS name on there as the transaction type. Kinda, hard to do a POS transaction at 2am right? What? What happens when the person they're caring for needs to go to an appointment? Geez. Shady business right?
