I's easy to navigate the site, but I wish the Lawrence, Ks had towns within 15 miles were grouped together, as I don't want to travel further than that.

All was good until I needed to finalize the babysitter’s employment in your website

I have used Care.com for many years. It's a great way for families to find trusted babysitters and nannie's. The only complaint is that you can only look for jobs on your phone which I find really inconvenient. I used to be able to do it on the computer but now it's only on the app. Not super user friendly. Also, idk if it's just me or the app, but the notifications are really useless. I do not get push notifications or badges, only emails when I get a new message.

My experience with Care.com agents is still in process mainly because I only require house cleaning assistance every two weeks as well as not immediately hiring the first individual until after they’ve completed their cleaning and we’ve discussed possible shortcomings in their operations. Currently, I am evaluating my second candidate and will consider a complete evaluation. Once I have determined that they are worthy of my support and their performance is done well!

The app is great, but has a few bugs. Overall, it has helped me find a lot of work.

The service worked great for my needs. I had many applicants for my job posting. Most of them responded quickly and appropriately (like they read my posting). I had to ' get over' the requirements for security, I don't like having to send in a 'selfie' but I got the help I wanted so it was worth the discomfort. The team I hired is trustworthy, thorough, good with communication, creative, friendly and medium priced. Very Good experience. KJ

2 things: First, I was very pleased with the caregiver I hired...and finally just submitted a review for her. Second, your site is EXTREMELY difficult and frustrating to navigate, wasting my time and energy. Latest example, it took me 3 times before my submission (apparently) was successful. Numerous earlier issues, including messages incompletely transmitted... No easy way to get help with issues from your company!

I was happy Yolanda changed her mind and was able to stay with me for the day.
