Their site is very easy to use and navigate (I can't speak to their app, as I didn't check it out). I especially liked the inclusion of days and times they will be available. It was easy to send out inquiries to people who seemed to fit my needs, and other people applied directly. I spoke with the two most promising applicants, and made my choice. I suggest using this service, even if you're considering someone recommended by someone you know.

As working parents, care.com is one of the best things that happened to us. Great community and and the ease of using the app and getting connected to amazing care providers really helped us!

Found quality pet sitter

The App is easy to use to post services for prospective clients to see, and/or get in contact with service providers. I used to get a pet-sitter many years ago. I may have used it to get a senior care helper. I used it to get tutoring gigs, years ago, and lately.

I like the ease of finding jobs right for me. I like the security the site provides.
