Care.com has enabled us to recruit, evaluate, and interview many possible candidates for three separate positions. They make it easy to look for the right person and decline those who may not be the best fit. Having a clear job description helps to avoid confusion for the applicants, too. We have found all interviewed candidates to represent themselves well, whether or not they were hired. We were able to hire two permanent employees and one on an as needed basis. All are excellent workers. We expect to use Care.com for additional helpers in the future.

I like that you can see how responsive caregivers are. It makes it easier to see who to contact. I hired a babysitter and a housekeeper and they are both fabulous!
