I've been with care.com for 3 years and I've had no problem in finding new customers. I have never been ripped off or ever had bad customer service. If you ever need a cleaner you will find me on care.com in the Macclesfield area.

I just got off the phone with "Hazel" from Customer Service at their main number which has the call back service available so no long holds! Big Plus. I had signed up for the subscription service for caregiver access for my father who died a mere 10 days later. I could not find any email confirmation that I had cancelled and I had been charged $500.00 for subsequest quarterly subscriptions. She checked a few things and then refunded me not only the subscriptions but the additionally $40 I had paid for my first enrollment. She also sent promo codes for future uses! Excellent customer service

Quite useful fir both parents and care providers easy to use cheap to post good carers and babysitters on the site too. Some carers shpuld be wary that there are scammers out there though wanting your details to 'send packages' to

Great resource. We have no family near by to help with our little and Care.com has been a great resource in assisting us find care when we need it. We were able to easily connect with potential caregivers, check references and even pay them through the site. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Care.com does an excellent job of communicating caregiver experience, background, and skills. The website is seamless and easy to navigate. I have enjoyed the site; especially in that it allows me to contact potential clients directly. I've had some excellent clients over the past two years and will continue to keep my account active. I was especially impressed recently with Care.com's very quick response to some technical issues on my profile. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them.

I was automatically renewed to an upgraded account by accident... I emailed asking to downgrade and receive a refund, and received a prompt reply and refund! Richelle Ross was spectacular and very informative and helpful. I have used care.com for over 5 years to hire my nannies as well as dog care providers and I have yet to have a poor experience.
