The absolute worst website I've ever had to navigate. It's confusing, and doesn't even keep your settings of what you're looking for. I tried to reach out to customer service but there is no option for that unless I upgrade to premium service. I guess $75.00 for three months isn't enough to afford the ability to even send an email to someone. This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I might be surprised but I seriously doubt that I will find a caregiver for my mom through this service. Don'tcare.com

Jeg får mails om folk der er intereseret i at hjælp mig selv om virksomheden ved jeg ikke ønsker at blive premium medlem.

The backup care program is a scam. They “confirm care” that isn’t confirmed only to be canceled at the last minute every time. Then they try to charge you a fee when you cancel because the backup care is unresponsive. We have tried using them for the last 6 months and am conceived they are worse than trying to cancel cable.

Garbage customer service. They take 2 weeks to respond to an email. They say you get a free background check with premium, you don't. It's some kind of "Care Check" that means nothing because the people that are looking to hire want the background check. They list the background check on their site for almost $130. Yeah, no. When I applied to several jobs my applications said pending and never were sent to the person who was hiring. I requested a refund due to the misinformation and their lack of allowing my applications to go through. 2 weeks later they replied to my email and said "there are no refunds." They are LITERALLY THE WORST! *Insert POOP emoji*

I’m so stressed with them, they charged my credit card but they canceled, I can’t do login to contact them, it is impossible have a contact email or phone number if you don’t make the login. I am premium membership and I can not access my account or cancel my subscription.

I have been a caregiver for 10 years, with Care. All my background checks are clear and my recommendations from those families I served ALL have me have stellar reviews. All of a sudden they closed my account t for no reason. I read about that from a few others sitters too. Anyone know what is really going on? They did get bought out by some bigger company so that may be why they want to drop those sitters not using Premium!

PREDATORY, DO NOT USE! Gave a 1 star because zero isn’t an option. Signed up in August to find a dog sitter out of town in Seattle for a single concert. Little did I know I’d be signed up for a subscription at $45 per month. Garbage. Nine months later and down $400+ I canceled and received nothing back. For a two hour dog sitter.

Diese Website ist für mich alles andere als vertrauenswürdig! Meiner ehrlichen Meinung nach ist diese Seite für mich dubios und gleicht einer reinsten Abzocke! Meine persönliche Erfahrung: Oberflächlich machte diese Seite für mich einen guten Eindruck, dass ist alles! Ich schloss auf meinem Account mit meiner E-Mail Adresse ein Premium-Abo ab. Gerade mal 1 Tag konnte ich diesen Dienst nutzen und plötzlich war dieser verschwunden. Auf eine Anfrage vom Kundendienst wurde mir mitgeteilt, ich hätte bei Ihnen 2 Konten. Damit meinten Sie das meiner Freundin. Also eine Frage: Wie wissen Sie, dass ich zwei Konten habe!? Dies da es auf zwei komplett verschiedene Namen abgeschlossen wurde? Das erste was mir dubios vorgekommen ist. Nun gut, mir wurde also mitgeteilt, dass das Abo auf dem Konto meiner Freundin aktiviert wurde! Wir haben das Konto meiner Freundin kontrolliert, auf dem das Abo angeblich aktiviert wurde. Das Abo wurde nicht darauf aktiviert, also haben wir das Konto geschlossen. Auch ich persönlich habe mein Konto geschlossen, beide mit E-Mail Bestätigung. Nun wurde vor kurzem das Abo automatisch verlängert! Auf einem geschlossenen Konto!? Meine Frage also, wie ist das möglich!!??
