I would give a O if I could. I needed a next day cleaner. It says this is possible, I paid for a premium because it says its the only way to get a person. All cleaners that responded said they could take up to 24 hrs to respond, which means I would have no one for today. I asked for a refund and they said I could not get a refund and they canceled my subscription so I cant use it for the month they wont refund me for??????????? Discombobulating, also the web site is challenging, there are multiple places they show cleaners and dont explain how to get someone.

I had a random booking show up with a caregiver. I was notified less than 24 hrs before the booking and they charged me $20 for canceling with less than 24 hrs notice. It happened again the next week. I went to customer service and was placed with someone named Mark. I spent an hour explaining to him I never placed a job for the date specified, and during that hour the website created the jobs that weren't listed before I called in. They literally created the jobs while I was complaining about them. Super illegal and unethical.

Just another scam company that hides information and applies random add-ons without permission. They refused a refund after I contacted them within minutes of receiving the email confirmation for things I did not sign up for, including a plan that is longer than I signed up for and that include some add-on that I don't know anything about. I've filed a BBB complaint, which appears to be an exceptionally common occurrence for this scam company.

I was unable to cancel subscription online and could not obtain any help from company. I would definitely avoid.

This is a horrible app for caregivers. Most of the job postings are from people who didn’t pay for a subscription, so they can’t message you back if you apply. If someone gets upset with you, anyone can post a bad review and it won’t get taken down unless they do it themselves. You cannot contact care.com to get it removed even if it’s slanderous or lies. Sometimes you can find a good job, but there is a lot of room for things to go wrong. There is no protection for the care givers.

Care.com won't refund $121 of subscriptions fees after I attempted to cancel the day the subscription is up for renewal. When I called them up, they said whatever they charge is non-refundable, even when I haven't used any of their new service period. Care.com is a scam - terrible service, don't get hooked with any of their subscriptions.

Please,be careful with this company as they take automatically payment every month, after I was find it I was trying to cancel my membership and it's impossible as there no option for cancel it I'll try to contact to customer service but it's something wrong with site-email and message not sending

SCAM ALERT!!! After attempting to find a provider everytime i tried to contat one i was rold i had to sign up for premium to contact the provider. Every one in my area required premium. So i decided i would pay for a month and try it. They charged me 155.00 for an entire year, something i NEVER agreed to! I contacted care immediately as this was money for my autistic 3 year olds bday party, being a single mom with a disabled child. They rufused to refund the money. Unbelievable! FRAUD!
