I love the chat with a staff member feature. That is invaluable. As a caregiver, I believe that paying for the Premium membership fee is worth it. I get a lot of help with my profile when I need to upgrade my skills, change info or make additions to my site. I get great service when I have an issue. their assistance is crucial especially when there is a problem. Also, I know that Premium is worth it as I get the job posting daily. Care is definitely worth the Premium membership.

Hi. I’d like a way to save the jobs I’m thinking about applying to. Also the notifications said I have 6 messages and I’m unable to find them. Please make this easier to find. Also I’d like it to be possible to have a duo profile. For example my mom and I want to clean houses. We would use care.com to advertise. As I see it now there are only profiles for one person to apply for a job and not two to apply for one job. Also, I was wondering if there was an option to choose the payment would be cash instead of connecting it to the bank account? Besides the suggestions on what could give users like me more options; I give Care.Com five stars. Thank you for taking the time to read about my concerns.
