My care giver Lori canceled days last minute, then when se revised the rest of the schedule she approved it, and Thursday before Saturday she was suppose to work she canceled.

Please be aware of this company's refund policy. The subscription automatically renews and they won't give you a refund even though you haven't used their services for months. Many good companies have a grace period for this auto-renewal policy, but this one clearly doesn't. I'm very disappointed. It was difficult to contact someone, too. I signed up to find a tutor for my daughter, but never found one, either. Edit: I just saw the reply. When I contacted them that I was told there was no way to receive the refund. Your "Contact Us" link is for members only. I don't see any other ways to contact. I thought it was against the law not to give customers a reminder notice before the auto-renewal happens. Edit 2: I received a partial refund. I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I still don't feel good about the experience. Why do we have to try so hard to get our money back when we don't receive the service?

I have mixed feelings about this. While I have found many jobs, it has been Very difficult. There are an increasing number of scams, looking to steal my identity and worse(I've had to involve police). Also, since Covid, both the desktop and mobile app seem to have stopped properly working. It just gets worse and worse, causing me to miss out on work opportunities!

I have applied for at least 100 nanny/ babysitter jobs in the last year.. Received responses from less than half that I use the app to apply usually .updating my availability is next to impossible... App needs Alot of improvement!!

To get to the best filters, you have to go through a bunch of pages. Also messaging from the "consolidated" view of caregivers doesn't actually attach the job. And the recommended caregivers don't often have the requirements I'm looking for, so I don't know why they're being recommended.
