Thank you for your feedback, Heidi. We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. We're sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer. We're also sorry to hear you were not aware that our memberships auto renew until cancelled. This information is included on every upgrade page, as well as our billing confirmation and Terms of Use. Our service is by subscription so members have the convenience of using their premium benefits whenever they need them. However, they can always cancel through their account or by reaching out to our Member Care team at any time. If you'd like to discuss further or have more questions regarding our services or your billing history, please feel free to reach out to us. You can always contact us through our Help Center contact us link at help.care.com or via Facebook Messenger. Please include Reference Number REV-018378 in your response. Thank you.
