Although I had a little trouble navigating the site at first, I was able to not only review prospective aides, but I was also able to hire one.

I would rather give Care.com 4.2 stars, I only knocked off a star because: 1. The customer service is hard to access. 2. I paid for an enhanced background check and it hasn't shown up on my profile. 3. The app doesn't always format well on my phone. That being said I've found most of my clients from this app. It does work well and I've been using it for years. The jobs that work best for me show up on the search list, updated hourly. I like the way each job is dated by hours posted. The search by zip code is especially useful, and helps me search areas accessible by the expressway and other routes quickly. The service this app provides is worth the money.

A lot of opportunities however limited descriptions

Easy and Efficient

My experience working with families through Care.com has been very positive. The platform has helped me connect with respectful and kind families who truly value quality care. Communication has always been clear, and I’ve been able to discuss schedules, responsibilities, and expectations بسهولة before starting each job. This makes the work environment comfortable and well organized. While working with clients, I feel appreciated and trusted, which allows me to give my best care. I’ve had the opportunity to support both children and elderly clients, and each experience has helped me grow professionally. I would definitely recommend Care.com to other families because it is a reliable way to find dedicated caregivers and build strong, trusting relationships.

Very hard to find a job.

The app is great to connect with people looking for childcare! They make it a lot easier with the description/layout of the job with hours and general location which is great to look at when picking jobs. One thing I would change is to give us the option to decline jobs instead of having to scroll through finding the same job over and over when it doesn’t work for us. Another thing is to allow us to block off days on a calendar so our customers can see that rather than having to tell them I’m free all week just not these days. Other than that the app is great and useful and I love that they preform background checks and I have yet to have a hard or distasteful family to work for!!

My daughter decided that this is something I needed and I think she was absolutely right. My only issue was trying to figure out the website after we made an offer and it was declined. Several other people contacted me and I didn’t know how to say no. The young woman who comes weekly has been terrific. She is very attentive to detail and goes above and beyond. Thank you.
