The chat box was hard to find. I had to google how to contact Care. com. Once in the chat the person helping me was very good @ their job ! It was pretty easy & less time consuming the chat in the 1st place !

I love care for the fact of getting housekeeping leads. I have been using care for about 10 years amd it has helped me out alot. The part i dislike is their corporate operations. The way of contacting care is frustrating. On the chat, they are automated responses and agents are programed to say certains lines and comments. If you email, you NEVER receive a confirmation email or even get an email in return! The fact that there is no customer service number can really be frustrating for when you have account issues. The app also lacks and doesnt upload or update properly

The app crashes when I try to add other services. I'd like to add housekeeping, pet care and errands. But any services I click crash. I've talk with customer service. I was told to un/reinstall the app. This didn't change the problem. So now I have a number to talk to tech support. We'll see what happens then.

I contacted literally hundreds of people to get senior care over a period of three months, and only one of them followed through. I wish the website had a more accurate search feature and the inbox had a way or organizing or archiving messages.

Please make it possible that all reviews can be viewed from a desk top. Very few people use the app( maybe 20%)? unless you are the caregiver yourself waiting to be alerted. But older folks looking for care are generally on bigger screens /computers/ desktops and our reviews are important in the decision making. Please make visible on all devices!

Be wary. Our experience was overall very disappointing. Multiple people claiming experience / skills they didn't have. Several people scheduling interviews and then ghosting. We did find someone who was wonderful but it took three months and lots of frustration with unqualified people bordering on dangerous.

I find the site somewhat confusing to navigate. I posted a job and had three responses but was unable to contact the person I wanted from the listing.
