Useless, daylight robbery
Please do not use these people. They automatically renew your subscription and the first you know about it will be when money is taken out your account. It looked great when I first went online, I thought I’d have plenty of home helps for an elderly couple to choose from. Unfortunately you have to join their “premium” service before you can contact anyone and once I paid discovered there were only two that were in my locality, the first said she’d given up a long time ago and the second never replied at all. It is a scam to take your money. Customer service is diabolical and just about impossible to find a way to contact them. I can’t even delete my account. I’m going to contact my bank to see if I can claim back the automatic renewal they have just taken. Should be called care.CON not .com

This information is included on every upgrade page, as well as our billing confirmation and Terms of Use. Our service is by subscription so members have the convenience of using their premium benefits whenever they need them.
