Care. com was easy to seek out providers and review those interested in the position we advertised for, which helps us to focus just on those who have an interest in the postion. We ould also feel confident with the background check provided that we were more out ease in trusting those that we interviewed. All applicants were great and qualified for the postioin and came prepared to show us creditentails and referecnes. The process of posting the postion and then applicants reaching back to us was simple and provided easy access to the applicants to do an intial screening before shortening our list to those we wanted to interview. Overall a great experience and happy with the qualified caregivers we interviewed and hired.

Finding a reliable child care provider was difficult as we went through the process of hiring one. Eventually we found a reliable provider who was great.

Very helpful in locating applicants. The mobile app is somewhat difficult to maneuver.

Overall this is a great platform to connect client and service provider. It’s affordable and has been well worth the investment for me. I rated 4 stars because of the few technical inconveniences I’ve experienced. Blurring out the phone numbers when sent has been a big challenge for me and ultimately give resulted in more hassle. The app does glitch often as well. But I’ve enjoyed using it and will continue to use it for work.

Had a positive experience and found sitters who were definitely more qualified than the ones I found on a sitter site on Facebook! We connected with two great people, one of whom we ended up hiring for the summer. Thanks, care.com!

I have managed to acquire and accept and fulfill one job just hoping for more opportunities.

I like that Care.com lets me be a caregiver and helps others find care for both one-time and recurring needs. The app itself still needs some improvements for certain tasks when navigating as a caregiver. The messages are always delayed for me. I am not sure if this is the same for someone who is looking for care.

I would love for Care.com to allow me to display a range of pay for my services instead of a single number (e.g. $22-$28). Someone requiring a nanny with college degree and cook skills should pay more than someone without these requirements. Also, I would like a parent rating service. I’ve been told I was hired and when confirming I was on my way to work the first day, I was told they didn’t need me because the had found someone cheaper ( lack of proper communication), I have had guys contact me for “organizing services” that then sound more like “female companion” services, etc.
