I received an email stating that my profile was denied. I have been with Care. Com for over ver 6 years. I don’t know what you are talking about! When I’ve checked my page I have noticed that my asking fee is changed to over $40.00 sometimes. I included my fee in my profile in case that should happen again

I agreed to hiring Kevin but she never got the You’re Hired agreement. Meanwhile I declined 2 other dog sitters but kept getting info on others. I was confused & frustrated with no way to call to work out a solution. Yet this am the issue is not over. I spent hours online trying to clarify the sitter. Is there a problem with info on Kevin not in your databank? I still need help

The process of using care.com is not transparent at all, and there are so many pay walls, I felt so nickled and dimed by the time I got to a list of Nannie’s to talk to, and then there wasn’t even opportunity to set up meeting them in person without giving them a paid offer. Who hires childcare without ever meeting someone?? I went through this site thinking it would be a great way to find someone who already has had a background check but then that turned out to be extra too. I ended up not using the services even though I kept paying extra to jump through hoops. Awful business practices.

I was given several names and then was sent confirmation on 3 people and I had selected one that was never confirmed. Not due until tomorrow but I gave a bad feeling that 3 people will show up! Not able to get anyone from CARE to assist. NOT very well organized!!

Poorly designed site with terrible message management features and stupid rules around what pictures you can put on your profile. In my picture I was looking down at my infant and because my head is tilted down they removed it for violating there guidelines. This isn't the passport office and you don't even require pictures, why be so heavy handed with useless rules? Customer service was useless.

I listed my job got 6 applicants set 4 interviews and all cancelled in the hour before interview. What are the odds. Bunch of flakes on here. Don't waste your money on Care.com. They got me for $50. Don't make my mistake

I used to be on Care.com, a very long time ago; I think it was in North Carolina, but I would not swear this. I don't recall any detail, vaguely my email address; I had to guess a password, so I tried several email address and passwords when I recently tried to get back onto the site. Apparently one set of them worked. I wanted to see if I could update my profile; I was unable to start anything; they didn't even allow me to change my address. I'm currently traveling through California, hoping to move permanently here. I have a temporary local mailbox in Ventura County, which I used for my FBI background check and for my Home Care Aide CA registration. This new address was good enough for the federal government and for the State of California, but I guess it's not good enough for Care.com. I must assume that I don't have the right to travel. Additionally, I noticed that site has very low rating. The reason I didn't pursue with Care.com in the past is that I have never got any call from any of their "clients", although I had a reasonable good profile on their site. At present, I would definitely not give any money, or my SS number to those people. Since it appears that there no possible communication with them, or they're making it very difficult, nearly impossible, I'm forced to ask them, right here right now, to delete any info they have about me. I really tried hard to navigate this; it's not manageable. The difficulty to navigate the site and the low rating may indicate that there is a problem. I'm sorry to have nothing better to say about this site. As a CNA/caregiver, I pour my heart and soul into my work; I'd hope to be dealing with ethical people in this line of work. People who JUST CARE! And it's not over. They do everything so that we will not be able to write a review and submit it. They require stuff we can't possible answer. I will go public. They require more ID; dangerous. As I said, I will go public. I don't trust those people with any of my official documents.
