I was excited to use this service to start my housing cleaning back up again. I know I had to pay to get screened but my information said it wouldn't go through, yet I was being charged on my card every time. I won't be using this service any longer as I was charged 4 times, even using a different card. Their advice didn't help at all and I even got a fraud call from my bank. I do not recommend trying this out.

I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT WAATE YOUR MONEY. I posted an ad for someone to clean my mother’s house and it will never happen on this site. First, I didn’t realize you had to pay 40 dollars just to see messages people send you saying they want the job. I paid the 40 dollars and it was a complete waste. I responded to over 10 people who contacted me about the cleaning job. I messaged all of them back saying nothing but the hours are flexible and when can they start …. not a single one messaged me back. I seriously think this website is a fraud and planning on reporting the to the bbb. They are plenty other legit companies you can use. I guarantee u will regret ever paying and using this app. I wish I would have read the reviews before paying. Don’t make the same mistake.

Heel slecht, wil je recensies toevoegen en wat foto's zodat ouders dan al jou referenties dan kunnen zien wordt het steeds weer verwijderd door care.com. Zie ook hier heel veel negatieve reacties Meg betreft premium mensen die niet van hun abonnement afkomen. Ik vind het erg jammer dat je niet wat recensies mag toevoegen aan je profiel ook vind ik het erg slecht dat je niet kunt terug reageren op iemand die jou een bericht heeft gestuurd, als je dan een ontvangen bericht wilt andwoorden ben je verplicht om eerst een premium af te sluiten. Door dat ze foto's weigeren en recensies in foto bijlage steeds verwijderen en alle negatieve reacties hier over care.com zot ik enorm te twijfelen of ik wel een premium wil als ze andere al belazeren dat je er niet van af kan komen mocht je premium lid daar gaan worden.

This service is awful! They don’t track their providers. The app is always messed up and the people to select from is worse than they are!! Avoid!!

Ive been a caregiver for over 20 years had great reviews from some of my clients on care.com then I helped a bitter old woman that was hard to handle so I quit working for her then she wrote a review making false claims about me. I contacted care.com about the review and they told me to contact the client so I did I wrote saying I dont know why you would write a false review about me I did my job as required and for her to removed the false claim she put down as my review. I am now removed from my account for so called breaking the rules no reason just blocked I had 3 postive reviews and 1 false review and now blocked????

I sent over a dozen contacts for a house cleaner. Only one person answered me back and actually came to my house. That person never showed up again after cleaning one time I got no response from any of the others I contacted.

I paid for 1 month but didn't realise that I would be charged for future months without prior warning. I am attempting to claim back the extra £25. Care.com refused to refund despite contacting them within minutes of the additional automatic payment that I wasn't previously aware of. I am attempting to claim back through PayPal. We did find 1 person but all of the others in our area were not suitable. Some didn't seem to actually want to work. Maybe they just need to pretend to want a job to claim benefits?

Set up an account for elderly care but couldn’t find out basic information on how the contacting worked. Tried to contact them to find out but never got a reply and couldn’t narrow down the carers to local area so useless. What’s worst is I can’t delete my account or delete the person information only close the job so it’s there in their website forever! Useless!! Will never use again. Will never recommend.
