Rating should actually be “0”. Now customer service at all. No listed phone numbers. Robot dialog only. They advertise Premium rate of $12.95/mo, but charge you a nonrefundable rate of $166/year. I was looking for pet care. Providers listed rates of $26/day. When selected, they tried to charge my card $1,500. For ten days! This site is a total scam!

This company is a scam. When you go to downgrade services. It logs you out leaving you to believe that you no longer have membership when in reality you do. Then they charge you again. I complained about how they do things and requested my money back and was denied! Scam company. Beware

Charged for a year with no notice. Impossible to close account. Directions on the site for closing the account are fictional and noone ever appears on the chat. Do not sign up.

Care is incredibly hard for someone who is looking for a pet sitter job, who have never had a review or pet sitter job before. I've been paying for this service for months for nothing.

They don't tell you that you have to pay to become a "member" until after you've entered all your information, posted a job, and heard from providers. That is, you have to pay to contact any providers.

The auto renew policy is horrible. You know I was in need and did not read your terms and conditions. I trusted you. I will never be back. I will separately review you on Google and I am disputing the charges w my bank. I wish you no luck.

On my account where I was the babysitter - I got charged for my yearly subscription longer than I wanted to, for 3 years - my fault, I guess, but they don't make the process of cancelling easy. Worse - on my account where I was looking for care for my baby at one point - I kept getting charged MONTHLY $39 for 9 months, when I only needed it for the first month. Again, I suppose this is partially my fault, but they make it VERY HARD to cancel subscriptions/delete profiles. It's very upsetting. AND they don't have a customer service number to call unless you are a Premium member, which I am only Basic.
