It provided me the ability to find the perfect fit- a caring family with the right hours and consistent pay. Without Care.com, this probably would have been impossible. I encourage other sitters, nannies, and the like to take the time to contact multiple families and review which option is best for them.

Great platform for care providers! However, sometimes the schedule and hours are not correctly defined and some positions are for backup providers and that information isn’t provided prior to applying for a position. It would be very helpful if there was full disclosure regarding the schedule, regularity and status of the position!
