The website is easy to use. The reason I put 4 stars is not you-its the applicants. For 2 applicants, when I contacted them the wanted $10 an hour more than they listed. One applicant accepted the job, then the day before she was to start, she sent me a message that we were too far away. It took us another week to find the right applicant.

I think that Care.com is doing very well in almost all areas of the site/app. My first suggestion would be to adjust the "recommended job matches". I keep seeing jobs that are much more than 30 miles away from my location even though I mark them as not a good match. The second thing that would be helpful is the ability to see all of the details of the recommended jobs that I see after I apply to a listing.

What has made my investment in "Care" is its security. and community communication. I believe the site is diligent with its screening, of the validity of jobs offered by businesses and private parties. Also the discounts given through "Care" on multiple items is a plus. Thanks for that!. As I stated, a good investment.
