They purposefully make it nearly impossible to cancel a subscription. Nobody you can email, just an AI bot that will say “plans are non-refundable” when you’re not even asking for a refund, just to cancel. Good luck if you choose them; a lot of the postings are fake.

They charged me 119 dollars. Denied my access and when I questioned it, they said they couldn't find my account information to refund. This is a scam.

Care.com provides the worlds WORST customer service, they are not responsible for families and nannies even if you call / email them million times there is no empathy or understanding, you can have thousands of good reviews as a hard working nanny but care.com will block you forever without any explanation and never ever you can see any justice or any form of reasonable reason! They are not human , they are so brutal

I live the US. I received housekeeping applicants who live in Mexico! Then, within hours, I started getting charges on my credit card made by people living in Mexico! Serious data breach and very, very poor screening. 1) Responded to an applicant for my housekeeping job after signing up for Care.com and paying with my credit card. 2) Applicant did not respond for two days, the messaged that she was in Mexico, she was sorry for the delay. 3) Less than 24 hours later my credit card began being used in Mexico - to open a Netflix account, make purchases on Amazon.com, etc. 4) I contacted Netflix when I received notice of a new account. I had them close the account in Mexico. 5) After checking which charges on my card that were fraudulent, I cancelled my credit card used on Care.com and notified the credit card company. 6) I do not know anyone in Mexico. This was all too coincidental. Open care.com on day 1, respond to applicant on day 2 then says she is in Mexico on day 4, charges begin appearing on my credit card early morning day 5.

SCAMMED ME OUT OF $127.07 ,REQUESTING A FULL REFUND, I was under the assumption I was being billed monthly of $9.99 not for the whole freaking year.. what a joke

Signed up with the hopes of getting a babysitter, but there were none available. During signup the website forced me to pay money for screening etc around $70. I cancelled subscription and they still keep charging me $49.99 every month and I have to email them every month for refund. They are just taking chance if people dont notice then they can make money. At this point they should call themself scam.com for scamming me. I give them negative stars if there is an option

The company is completely useless. They kept rejecting my add because of BS answers such as including THE CITY I live in, or saying I was posting on behalf of someone else. Their customer service is a joke and is completely useless.
