First of all, I didn't like you charging $155.40 like you did because I checked off the monthly block and not annually. Some of your clients resume doesn't give a true picture of what they did. Some of the ladies I chose didn't respond. Sorry I got into this mess.

I did not book anyone

Quality of applicants poor. Most applicants don't seem serious about position, they don't followup when asked for resume or don't show up to work.

The actual service is fine. But both the app and desktop site are slow and glitchy at times. Also the app is surprisingly clunky. For example we’re not able to “heart” applicants from the profile page which would make more sense bc that’s where we learn more about the applicant and make the decision to favorite them or not.

I just started again at a different address and haven't gotten any responses yet.

I noticed a payment that didn't match a date of service. I contacted the support via chat; was asked to contact the support via phone or email. I opted for the email and it took about a week to close the case. The pain point was I was bounced from the chat to another option, had to re explain my issue. And I had to remind them by email to respond to me as there were 2-3 days of silence after their initial response. At the end they refunded the service that a membership fee that I didn't need. So all good! They were honest and accommodating.

The website is tricky to navigate! My husband is a software engineer and he had problems. Niecey E was amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about her. Did what she said! Showed up on time. Even stayed later (we competed her). Our girls loved her!! We will certainly want to book her again.

I dislike the fact that I am wanting to know more about Care.com company so as to become a provider for the seniors and there is NOT a phone number where I can actually speak to a LIVE PERSON. In my opinion, CHAT is not acceptable, nor professional when trying to contract within a company.
