I need to find a care job and had over 25 reviews and got off it awhile and you hadn't saved my profile for when I rejoined. I'm sure people go on and off of it all the time and it was horrible to ask the five people I'm petsitting for now to rewrite their reviews of me. It's irritating and I'm sure they got annoyed with me.

I've been using Care for over a decade. I stop using while I'm in a full time position, and update and continue use when I need to find a new family. In that time my response rate lowers to 0, I pay for the background check yet don't get many views because of the response rate and I don't pay for premium. I think this is unfair and wrong, especially for long term members. I have always recommended care to anyone asking, whether they're families looking for help or caregivers looking for work. Since these new changes, I'm more apt to use Facebook groups.

house cleaner charged 30 dollars an hour which is fine but after 6 hours only completed our basement and said she has to leave to pick up her child the upstairs area was not done we have had many others girls do our whole house from cleaning services in two in a half hours small home 1000 sq feet plus finished basement that no one even uses always clean down there. this person had no intentions of ever fully cleaning our home and just did what was good for her we feel totally ripped off 180. dollars to clean a basement will never use care.com again not to mention these people always cancel or just never show up.

Why do I need to delete my account and start a new one to add a background check to my profile? I moved since last time I used the website, but I can't change my address to add a background check to my profile, so I will have to close my account and start a new one, thus losing all my references and work experience up to that point.

I thought I booked a pet sitter but after agreeing on a price, she hasn’t responded to my messages. I wish she would tell me she’s not interested rather than leaving me wondering. I don’t want to ruin the day of my child’s graduation because I can’t find a dog sitter.

I don’t have a good experience with care.com. I never get any jobs, no response from client I applied with. even the people who wrote reviews for me, I can’t see any of their reviews. I feel like I have to upgrade and pay money to get a job.

The care providers I found on the site were good but beware that care.com automatically sets up autopay and they do not notify you when they are charging your credit card! It's just a way to scam you out of money!
