Their site is very difficult to use. There are limited filters and it is very time consuming to open every profile to find a good fit. They used to have better parameters but since have made some changes and now it is very difficult. I have messaged several people and they never get the message. The support is terrible. Support for a sitter / nanny is non existent. They do not care about your family and they do not care about your nanny. They take a huge portion of sitters’ profits, while providing zero customer support for families or sitters. Frankly, this should be illegal. It’s dangerous. They move sitters up in the ranking for simply responding to messages, without considering quality of the care they will provide your family.

Already done this once...I'm not satisfied at all. I am a senior citizen and your app and website are impossible for me to migrate around trying to find a housekeeper and once I find one there's no option to look at their background check. It's extremely confusing. I would not recommend care.com for older people to use whether they need help or they're wanting to help someone. I search for 3 hours the other day trying to look at a background check and with no results. I never got to meet anyone I contacted because of the awkwardness of the trying to find things. I spoke with one but couldn't find how to read her background check and she didn't know how either and your customer service was clueless and NO HELP AT ALL. I was told they would escalate this issue to management because they could not do refunds. I know giving a refund is not your policy but I would like you to make an exception for older people and the issues I have. Please refund! Please refund my 77.97 and 60.00 payments. That 60.00 add on is absolutely useless also!
