Carers are useless. Most do not reply to messages. The "respsonse rate" info is totally inaccurate. I have had messages with Care.com about this in the past as it misleads you into thinking that these carers are active and will respond but they don't - but Care.cpm just said it was a temporary problem which would be corrected but over 2 years later it's still the same. Set up of pages is poor, no template to get carers to say what days/times they are looking for work so the few who do bother to reply are not looking for the times I am looking for, so if a template made them put their availability on, it would save everyone time. I've said all this before but they don't change it so clearly DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Also, I absolutely know I cancelled the auto-renew this time as I have been caught by it before and it hasn't worked an I've been ripped ff by another wasted £45. And no reminder email to tell you they're about to charge you for the auto-renewal - is that not illegal?

Why are charging people seeking work it's illegal and I will report to the police No job exists as £7 per day is a criminal offence and illegal under employment inspectorate legislation I've reported this to the government There is also man on here who wants personal care but implies sexual activity wanted with personal care this is disgusting If care.com continue with fake criminal activities I will contact the directors in America with court papers and I will inform google of their behaviour I will also report my findings to child welfare protection agency

Absolutely terrible. Signed up for a year when I was pregnant with my daughter had my 1 year old. Ended up needed a back surgery and literally unable to leave the house, needless to say didn't think they were auto renewing the year service as well. Never used a sitter once, now that im 2 kids in deep, a broke back and lost a job yeah that several hundred hurts. Thanks for helping out with the auto renewal over 300$ better left a tree.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All they "care" about is extorting people and taking their money. What a terrible platform. You can't even get into any of its features without paying a subscription fee. I wasn't sure if it would be right for me now I know it's now. What a scam.

Another impersonal, over technologized website... and a company with unfair billing practices. I found one, mature responsible person there... the others were suspect and irresponsible. You cannot talk to a human being at a company that calls themselves CARE!! Absurd. They lure you into getting billed monthly, hoping that you will forget to cancel. I want my money back after the first month.

Esta app es ficticia para robar únicamente a sus usuarios ya que estará llegando el recargo de 10usd mensuales. Son unos rateros!!! NO CAIGAN
