The interviews went well. I liked the background checks. Hopefully it will all work out. Being disabled it was important that I felt comfortable.

This platform was helpful because it has a video interview feature, which allowed us to easily schedule interviews with tutor candidates.

I have used Care.com for several years now. Besides word of mouth, it is where all of my housekeeping and pet care clients have come to me. Although there are a few glitchy aspects here and there, it has been wonderful. The reviews some of my clients left have helped others find and feel comfortable with me. The messaging capability is very nice for potential clients and I to decide if we have the basics of what the other needs before exchanging phone numbers. I can't say I have had much luck at all in reaching out to people for jobs. They almost never get back to me. But, I have kept my schedule full just from people reaching out to me. The platform is visually appealing, and the many optional ways in which it can be used is customizable to each person's needs. I've been very happy with Care.com over the years.

The process of listing my need and then seeing applicants works well. From there, it was a little confusing about how to connect with a person that you were interested in and then what to do with the others after you chose someone.

Being a user of the website/app for over 6 years, I definitely see a lot of improvement on the search engine and messages tools. My only complaint is that I feel like the app allows users on the family side to have not accurate information on the job posting (regarding schedule for example - a family will add hours from 6am-6pm mon-fri and then when talking to the family they will say they need a completely different schedule, which is super misleading and a waste of time for the applicants). Also, lots of generic job descriptions and messages left on read by families which I think the app should encourage that not to happen.

I don't care for the fact that employers can leave a rating but caregivers cannot leave a rating for employers. Also, those seeking help tend to wait a long time to respond if ever while their account shows they are in need of care.The overall experience is good. I've used you for years and have had luck with it. Also, the site is easy to navigate.

It is very helpful to know that I am reviewing candidates that are pre-qualified; confidentiality is maintained until both the candidate and I decide to move forward. The only suggestion I have is to not receive an individual email from every candidate. It overwhelms my emails, and I prefer to look at them on the Care.com website. All in all I find it helpful, affordable, and professional. Thanks for helping me to manage my home easier and more timely. God bless you in your services and families.
