I have found many jobs through care so I am grateful the site exists. However there are a couple things that consistently frustrate me about the site itself. One is that it seems job posts are automatically posted for families searching for a nanny before they customize them. I think a certain amount of customization should be required. It's hard to sort through pages of families with no pictures and the automated job search. Also, the back button always takes you back to the first page of your search not the page you were just on. It would be nice to have that fixed.

I received a renewal charge and was surprised because I thought I had cancelled the service. I found out through the website and a chat conversation that I could not cancel the service now and receive a refund. A renewal notice email would have been appreciated. The service desk chat was fine.

This used to be a great website, but it's gone downhill. The have removed their customer service and can't deliver anymore. I would recommend that you stay away. They seem to be doing shady stuff. Update: They only have email communication but they gave me a partial refund, so updating the review from 1-star to 3-stars.
