Far superior people to what we were getting from the agency, incredibly easy to advertise and then contact an interview potential carers. They were also much more professional and capable than the agency people, and they lasted a lot longer. In fact, the people I hired at Care.com were there until my parents died. I wish we had left the agency much earlier. It’s easy to pay the carers, you just send them a 1099 form at the end of the year. No need to file a W-2 for them.

The best way to find a job or hire someone.

Found the perfect personal care assistant for my 90 year old dad. They are kindred spirits upon their first meeting I live 2,000 miles away and now feel more comfortable that someone will be able to assist him as needed. The care.com site is easy to use. I got responses from prospective caregivers quickly. I could never gave done thus on my own. Thank you so much care.com!!!

Excellent Help and Support when we needed it most! As my health has declined and my husband has been my caregiver, I knew we needed help. I wanted a consistent caregiver rather than having an agency sending whoever they had on call. We found a highly capable, professional and caring aide whom I can trust with personal care and who is willing to help with a variety of household tasks. In addition to finding just what and who we needed for my care, we also found excellent, reasonably-priced help with the bookkeeping and tax processing involved in personally hiring a caregiver through the care.com payroll service (homepay.com). We could not be more grateful!

The ladies that came have all been very delightful and helpful. My 96 year old mother and I occasionally need help after one or the other has been in the hospital. I can give care a call and by the time we are out of the hospital they have a team of helpers lined up for our needs. it has been comforting to know that we have people we can rely on for our day to day needs.
