I received a renewal charge and was surprised because I thought I had payed for a month only premium and to my surprise after reading their terms on condition which you won’t be informed upon payment that it is automatically renewed every month even if you use Apple Pay. It’s disgusting that they still steal your details and process it for renewal every month through Apple Pay without your CONSENT! found out through the website and a chat conversation that I could not cancel the service and receive a refund of 25 pounds. A renewal notice email would have been appreciated before taking my MONEY!! The service desk chat was horrible! PS: they are just after your money as I read on their website that they do not do any identity or findings on the carers who post on their site which could be dangerous if you are using their nanny or childminder service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is a scam please do not use them. I did not sign up for the premium service and in their terms and conditions they decided that whenever they feel like it they can start charging me for this. All of a sudden, I got £45 charges for three months in a row which American Express are not willing to refund me because they said subscription services are not covered by the dispute process. I challenged them about distant selling and the right to change your mind even though I didn’t even sign up for the services or even access the care.com website. What’s even worse is that I have said to them to close my account and take my credit card details off their rrcords and they said they would but now refuse to do that. Basically whenever they feel like it they can charge you. This company is a complete scam. Do not use them under any circumstances at all. The staff are also very patronising and rude …. and know that there is nothing authorities are doing to help individuals like us. Please do not give them them any of your details and if you have a current account with them cancel it and make sure you take a copy of your cancellation request and also make sure you state that you do not want to, continue any further services. Even if you try to close your account, they make you upgrade to then downgrade and you still can’t close your account. They make it impossible.

Les doy 1 estrella y creo que no se la merecen son una estafa, yo me suscribí, y me descontaron la membresía, q era por 1 mes ya paso el mes y me volvieron a descontar otra membresía q yo no pedí, y no me deja cancelarla, son unos ladrones, no hay un tel para comunicar mi nada estafa pura no caigan

She got the time mixed up. At least that's what she said. I told her in a text it was 10 am. My mom talked to her on the phone and told her it was 10 am. When I talked to her on the phone while we were waiting for her, she thought it was 10:30 am. So I ended up having to leave my job to take her to her appointment. That's what we were trying to avoid.

The policy was bad. The customer service person was fine. But the website is set up such that I hid my profile which means I can't ever unhide it again. And I didn't mean to do that. And now it can't be reversed. So care's policy is not user friendly.

ooo mmm ggg hier nooit aanmelden.. . wat een K bedrijf.. ze halen je binnen onder valse voorwendselen. ze halen stiekem elke maand 35 euro van je rekening af.. en als ze daar op attendeert doen ze alsof jij in gebreken bent gebleven.. het is dat 0 sterren geen optie is.. maar dit bedrijf verdient 0 sterren.. de huishoudelijk hulp reageert vaak niet.. we hebben iemand via deze site binnen gehaald. en die maakte het huis meer vies dan schoon.. het is echt een schandaal.. reactie op jullie reactie.. deze is puur voor het publiek want ik heb super veel contact met jullie gehad en jullie kans na kans gegeven het in orde te maken. jullie zien zelf ook wel dat heel de site vol staat met slechte reviews en toch blijven jullie op die zelfde achterlijke manier geld verdienen.. nou ja stelen van lieve mensen.. als jullie daar blij mee zijn vooral doen.. dieven zijn jullie.. stop daarmee als je een net mens wil zijn.
