So far I've found it totally useless. I just had knee replacement surgery and was looking for some aid for 2 - 3 weeks. They took $42.36 really quick for a 1 month premium which is the only way to actually get access to caregivers. The filter for what you are looking for is nearly useless. I contacted one caregiver the site says I have a message but nothing shows up in the message area. It appears as though you have to pay through them an with a service fee. Any background information you wand is a cost. And it goes on. I can't imagine what the caregivers are charged. Basically I just got fleeced for $42 and care.com didn't go a thing for it. For me it's a rip-off. In response to care.com's response. I did not think it was a free service but I expected to be able to get help from a caregiver. Everything that is done on your site has a fee involved. What exactly does a subscription get you??? You are able to write useless requests for aid to people that don't respond because they have to pay a fee to respond. The only one that wins here is care.com. You just got $42 out of me for doing absolutely nothing. I really hope people read these reviews and don't waste their money. If 1 or 2 walk away from your "service" I will be happy.

Absolutely unfriendly customer service - these people don't 'care' about their customers at all. The only thing they want to do is make money off you and that is very clearly their sole priority in all interactions. made a billing mistake and customer service unwilling to resolve it.

Extremely poor. I paid for the service and had nothing but, issues with the service then after the 2nd time I complained about it they permanently suspended my account without even telling me why.

No calendar time or place was sent to me via email, text, or any communication. Nothing has been sent to me to know when the housekeeper will arrive. I need my place cleaned up and I will leave The area for her to clean it up.

Sitter never showed, said confirmed booking, said book again, but could never see where I was charged or if the sitter ever got the confirmation. Multiple fall outs and unclear if the sitter ever even saw the confirmation. I've had zero luck using this app.. need to look elsewhere for a reliable service provider.

Wasn't able to find anyone off the website. I canceled and am still being charged months later. Just going to cancel the credit card at this point. Such a hassle. Save your time. Give them a gift card if you want to use them. **Reply to Response** Did you even read my review. It's about the money that's was being charged months after cancelling. I've tried to"cancel" several times and still being charged. Just reported it as fraud to my bank because I can't ever get anyone from care.com to get back to me from the website.

Umuligt at opsige. man bruger timer på at finde deres mail hvorefer de skriver tilbage at den mail ikke længere moniteres!!!! Så man kan ikke opsige sit abonnoment medmindre man kan huske sin log ind oplysninger. HOLD JER VÆK!!!!
