easy to find a job that meet desires!

I’m able to find seniors in my area who need support, and some members communicate clearly about the next steps in the hiring process. But others will tell me I’m hired, only for me to find out on the start day that they chose someone else. Sometimes they stop communicating altogether and never follow up with the details I need before the day I’m supposed to begin working.

Care.com is doing a good job managing my payroll for caregivers and recently I used its website to find two new caregivers for my private care home. It made it much easier than going newspaper or craigslist.

I placed my request and within 24 hours I had several excellent candidate's profiles that I could review. I hired an excellent Caregiver within 24 hrs. Care.com had previously vetted the candidates and it saved me a lot of work at a time when taking care of my sister was the most important thing. My one concern, and that is why I gave 4 stars is that there is no easy way to stop the app. once we selected a person. I kept receiving profiles and had to respond to all within 24 hrs. Frankly, I did not have time to respond to all of them. I had other priorities at this time. Overall. Great app.

Was looking for housekeeping help. Had two good candidates respond with good offers. Hired one of them. My only peeve was the initial implication of some free initial access, only to find out that ONLY my job submission was free. To see any responses, you must subscribe. Not unreasonable but a surprise.

A lot of the bugs in the app have been fixed, but there still are times when phone numbers don't send correctly. Some parts of having a membership are a bit confusing. I have successfully found numerous jobs, so I would recommend giving it a try.

Everything about dealing with Care.com was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the autorenewal policy, which I oppose on principal. But the people I spoke to who work for Care.com were wonderful, and the person I hired was absolutely amazing.
