I was only able to hire one person, Dana for two days and then she couldn’t work anymore and the other applicants that I have put in messages for not one of them has written back to me so I only had one cleaner help me and that was it. I’m very disappointed. This is the first time I’ve used this site. It’ll probably be my last. Vicki

I didn't like so many people not responding, or than many responded they were no longer doing it. I did not find it easy to get help. I did not like that I couldn't delete msgs from my inbox. I did find a helper that seems excellent at a reasonable rate.

I am still waiting to hear back from someone about canceling my care.com account, and provide me with a confirmation of the cancellation. I am not happy with the service so far because it was a simple request and the person I interacted with in a chat was not able to help me. I’m waiting for a “supervisor” to contact me. I finally got an email response back from the supervisor three days later. Care.com did cancel my premier subscription and let me have a basic prescription instead. I do appreciate that they finally got back to me, although it took a while.

You have a very good site, however, after sending out several applications, amazing only 1 responded. What makes it even more frustrating is that I tried to pay for the Premium, and every time I tried that, it gave me an error and asked me to come back later, I have better things to do than chase a site to actually pay7 for it. So what makes it even more crazy is that I cannot see who viewed my profile as I cannot pay for it-what's the point?

Hello! Care.com provides a great solution to service needs. The app and website compatibility are a little different which cause some inconveniences. Customer service seems to be a hit or miss according to most reviews. I've had only one issue while using the app thus far and was not able to get my issue resolved until speaking to multiple reps. Overall, as a caregiver I think the app is useful for finding jobs. I would recommend.

I was able to create a job and get applicants and then was charged to read them. It felt like a bait and switch and unfair to applicants.

I am struggling with run the MVP /criminal record check. My candidate had clicked yes but the background check was never run. There is not status check or other channel to provide visibility or say the check remains pending.
